Danilo Dangubic Architects is a Belgrade-based architecture office founded in 2015 by architect Danilo Dangubic. The office is known for its dynamic approach to designing, manufacturing, and building projects of various scales and complexities. With over twenty team members and digital fabrication lab facilities, the firm is a leader in Serbia focused on research and contemporary architecture.
Danilo Dangubic Architects is seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Manager to join their team in Belgrade. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves leading Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The BIM Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of BIM projects, overseeing virtual design processes, and collaborating with Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams to achieve optimal project outcomes.
Manage and coordinate BIM processes across various projects to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Serve as the primary administrator for Revit Building and the BIM platform, ensuring smooth operations.
Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for the organization.
Provide training and support to team members to improve their BIM skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with Architecture, MEP, and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of design processes.
Facilitate BIM coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts and optimize project delivery.
Perform quality control checks on BIM models and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Stay updated with advancements in BIM technology and implement improvements in workflows and tools.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination.
Certifications in BIM or related fields are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Virtual Design processes and Architecture principles.
Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
