On behalf of our client, DE-YAN, a renowned American design studio and a leader in shaping the future of brand experiences, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professionals to fill in the following position in Serbia: Managing Director.

Responsibilities

·       Responsible for building studio’s infrastructure

·       Creating efficient processes

·       Establishing a strong operational foundation

·       Hiring the right talent to scale the team effectively

·       Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

·       Monitor market trends to identify innovative brand experience strategies

·       Driving professionalization to support studio’s growth

·       Work closely with the VP of Studio

Requirements

·       Proven experience as a Managing Director role, preferably in advertising or agency environments

·       Experience leading teams of over 100 people

·       Ability to inspire and manage a diverse, multidisciplinary team

·       Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

·       Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and innovative solutions

·       Fluent in English language
