On behalf of our client, an international Finish company, which deals with a complete servicing service, rental of work uniforms for employees, as well rental of mats and paths for companies, primarily in the food, pharmaceutical and health industries, we are looking for an ambitious and proactive candidate who is ready to gain new experience in the following position in Belgrade: Customer Service Manager.
Manage a team of customer service personnel (Customer Service Representative and Account Representative);
Customer Service/Care activities including receivables (payment collection from all clients on regular basis);
Additional Sales;
Follow-up and analysis of the operational targets and results;
Annual planning;
Organizing, development and control of the customer service operations according to the business concept/model;
Recruitment of the personnel;
Organizing customer orientation on usage and handling of the garments;
Implementation of E Lindstrom at the customer site;
Updating of records in related Customer service software (Proteus).
University degree;
Minimum 2 years of supervisorial experience;
Preferable few years experience of team leadership/process management;
Ability to analyze information and to implement it into the development of the operations;
Good basic knowledge of textile rental business/models and products;
Good service attitude and ability to influence to others;
Ability to do independent and systematic work;
Prior experience in Customer relations;
Service Industry experience is preferred;
Advance knowledge of MS office with excel and word;
Multitasking, leadership skills, negotiation skills, listening skills; ability to react and act quickly
Good command of the English language;
Understanding of the customer needs.
