For our client, leading FMCG production company, part of the international group which is one of the world’s champions in the Dairy industry, with the long tradition and permanent focus on the growth, we are looking for experienced, strategically oriented and proactive candidates for the position: Country Supply Chain Manager.
Delivering the targeted supply chain performance;
Elaborating, in coordination with the Area Supply Chain Director, the improvement plans and budget for the country, in line with the business objectives of the market subsidiary and with the global supply chain targets over the area;
Monitoring the operational performance of the Supply Chain over the country. Identification, pro-active implementation of the operational corrective action plans;
Following-up the local logistic contracts and costs and leading the optimization plans;
Leading and improving the relationships with the customers over the country;
Managing the Demand-side S&OP activities and logistic processes;
Monitoring, managing and controlling warehouse operations and distribution;
Leading the local supply chain projects in the country;
Ensuring local roll-out of the global supply chain service agreement and of all best practices, rules, processes, logistic systems and IT regarding demand-side activities;
Responsible for the application of all international and local regulations and standards in the country;
Managing and developing the Supply Chain team in the country;
Representing SCE (including the activities of the supply chain hub) in the local management team;
Responsible for Supply Chain budget.
University degree, preferably business or engineering;
Min 5 years of experience in Supply chain, preferably in FMCG industry;
Successful experience in at least 2 different key functions in Supply Chain, ideally on demand-side;
Experience in IT;
Experience in project management;
Strong analytical and communication skills;
Fluent in English.
