Responsibilities

Client Relations & Field Activities

·       Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients in the healthcare sector

·       Presenting, promoting and selling medical products in a professional and consultative manner

·       Identifying new business opportunities and responding to client needs

·       Educating customers on the proper use of products and providing post-sales support

·       Proposing product specifications and supporting public procurement processes

·       Analyzing tender documentation and aligning product portfolio accordingly

·       Handling product recalls, client complaints and coordinating internal resolution

·       Suggesting pricing strategies and monitoring market movements

Strategic Sales & Market Development

·       Designing and implementing sales strategies to meet business goals

·       Conducting market analysis and monitoring competitor activities

·       Preparing sales forecasts, tracking revenue, and evaluating campaign performance

·       Participating in the planning and launching of new products

Reporting & Documentation

·       Analyzing sales data and preparing reports

Coordinating preparation of samples, marketing materials and tender documentation

Requirements

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in medical sales, therapy product promotion, or a similar role

·       Ability to work independently, manage complex client relationships and processes

·       Strong problem-solving and communication skills

·       Deep understanding of hospital workflows and therapeutic product indications

·       Experience in public procurement and tender preparation

·       Advanced sales, presentation and negotiation skills

·       Experience in creating marketing materials and campaigns

·       Strong knowledge of the Serbian healthcare market and competitive landscape

·       Ability to build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

·       Understanding of compliance, vigilance, and relevant regulations

·       Fluent in Serbian and English, both spoken and written

·       Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

·       Willingness to travel throughout Serbia
