For one of our clients, an international real estate development company that owns and operates multiple hospitality properties, we are currently seeking to fill the following position: Digital Marketing Manager.
ROLE SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for creating and executing digital marketing and PR campaigns aimed at driving footfall and enhancing the visibility of the company's projects. It includes managing social media content and strategies, digital advertising, and website updates. A key focus is on consistent, effective digital communication and maximizing public exposure through relevant channels, in line with the brand strategy, corporate objectives, and allocated budget.
Create and execute social media campaigns and strategies, content, creative concepts, and digital channel ads to enhance awareness, engagement, and customer interest
Develop and implement digital marketing and PR plans to ensure strong public exposure for company projects across relevant channels
Apply media and digital updates based on product and event trends to enhance brand presence
Communicate marketing briefs to agencies (creative, digital media buying, social media, email marketing, PR) and coordinate all related activities
Maintain consistency of digital communication in line with corporate objectives, brand strategy, and approved budget
Participate in approved PR and digital marketing activities, as well as marketing events
Manage multimedia projects (photo/video shoots) and ensure successful implementation of final assets
Analyze performance of digital campaigns, monitor analytics across social media, website, and email marketing, and identify areas for continuous improvement
Stay current with digital technology trends and recommend their integration into marketing strategy
5+ years' experience in digital marketing campaign execution, implementation, testing, analytics and planning and brand management experience
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns with a focus on performance digital marketing
Experience in CMS editing and publishing
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
Excellent content planning and campaign execution skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Result-oriented and performance-driven
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent knowledge of English language
