For one of our clients, we are currently seeking an additional team member for the following position: Project Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Participates in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities

  • Assists in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables

  • Defines project tasks and requirements

  • Develops project plans

  • Coordinates communication between various teams and external collaborators

  • Manages project budgets

  • Plans and schedules project timelines

  • Tracks project progress using appropriate techniques

  • Guides and supports the project team

  • Ensures project quality

  • Monitors task execution and maintains records on project status

  • Prepares progress and risk reports for assigned projects

  • Leads project meetings and updates documentation

  • Implements and manages changes in project execution and interventions to achieve project outputs

  • Evaluates projects and assesses results

  • Proposes process improvements and monitors their implementation

  • Performs other tasks within the project support sector as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • University degree (preferably in Economics, Organizational Sciences, Management, or Technical fields)

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience working on projects

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong planning, deadline tracking, and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with basic project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Kanban, or similar)

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Preferably familiar with tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira

  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in English
