For one of our clients, company that provides electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and packaging solutions, we are currently seeking an additional team member for the following position: Sales Representative.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative, being responsible for driving business growth by promoting company's product portfolio to new and existing clients in Serbia/Bulgaria/Northern Macedonia. Building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities in key industries (automotive, electronics, manufacturing).
Develop and execute a territory sales plan.
Identify potential clients (OEMs, subcontractors, electronics manufacturers, automotive suppliers) and generate new business opportunities
Manage existing accounts: maintain relationships, upsell additional product lines, ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations of Eurostat’s packaging and ESD protection solutions.
Collaborate closely with the technical support, product development and production teams to translate customer requirements into solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Track market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs; provide feedback to the company for strategic planning.
Previous sales experience, preferably industrial, preferably understanding ESD (electrostatic discharge).
Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Driving license.
An excellent communicator with presentation skills.
A sales-driven mindset with the ability to expand business, identify and develop new opportunities.
A great confidence in dealing with customers and managing all aspects of the account.
An individual with negotiation and influencing skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure to seasonal and customer deadlines.
Excellent organization skills and ability to manage and improve the sales process.
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Excellent knowledge of English language.
