On behalf of our client, a leading beauty retail chain, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position: HR Generalist.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.

  • Supporting onboarding processes and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.

  • Helping implement HR policies, processes, and internal communications.

  • Contributing to employer branding initiatives – planning campaigns, creating content, and organizing events.

  • Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience during recruitment and selection.

  • Creating engaging content for internal and external channels (LinkedIn, intranet, newsletters).

  • Organizing HR events – job fairs, open days, and company presentations.

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with internal procedures and legal requirements.

  • Preparing and updating HR databases, reports, and analytics (turnover, tenure, workforce structure, absences).

  • Providing HR insights and data to support decision-making.

  • Participating in employee satisfaction surveys and follow-up actions.

  • Supporting the implementation of new HR tools, processes, and digital solutions.

  • Coordinating timelines and deliverables in cross-functional HR projects.

  • Providing administrative and logistical support to HR specialists and managers.

  • Assisting in preparing presentations, internal materials, and HR documentation.

  • Offering daily support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Managing HR documentation and ensuring its accuracy and compliance.

Requirements
  • University degree in social sciences (Psychology, Organizational Sciences, Management, Law, Economics, or similar).

  • Additional education or certification in HR management, training, coaching, or organizational development is a plus.

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in employee development, training, performance evaluation, or HR administration.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, especially in training and performance management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems (LMS, HRIS, performance management platforms).

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Fluency in English.
