On behalf of our client, a well‑established bank, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill the following position: Business Process Coordinator.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the execution of tasks within the scope of the organizational unit.

  • Oversee all processes under the unit’s responsibility and propose improvements.

  • Monitor and ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Coordinate communication and information exchange between organizational units and external partners to secure necessary documentation and information.

  • Analyze existing business processes, track key process performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports and analytics to identify bottlenecks and monitor progress.

  • Design, document, and optimize end-to-end processes, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic goals.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives/workshops using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or other relevant frameworks.

  • Develop and maintain process maps, workflows, and process management documentation to ensure clarity and transparency.

  • Manage change activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and support in adopting new processes.

  • Facilitate process management workshops, ensuring updates to key processes.

  • Support digital transformation projects introducing new platforms, channels, or customer-focused solutions.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging process-oriented thinking across the organization.

  • Perform other tasks within the scope of the organizational unit as required by the nature of the role.

  • Execute instructions from the immediate supervisor related to tasks assigned to the position.

Requirements
  • University degree, preferably in economics or social sciences.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process management, preferably in banking.

  • Active knowledge of English and computer literacy.

  • Strong organizational skills, motivation, teamwork, initiative, creative thinking, and communication skills.
