Purpose of the role:
The Senior Talent Partner – Serbia & Europe plays a critical role in enabling Easygo’s continued international growth, with a primary focus on hiring and talent market development across Serbia and key European markets. Operating within Easygo’s global Talent Acquisition structure, this role acts as the regional talent lead responsible for building and executing hiring strategies that support our technology, operations and corporate teams across Europe.
The Lead Talent Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment delivery while also acting as a strategic partner to hiring leaders. They will provide expert guidance on European talent markets, advise on hiring strategies within regulated environments, and support Easygo in establishing strong and sustainable talent pipelines across the region.
This role will collaborate closely with business leaders, the global Talent Acquisition team and the People & Culture function to ensure Easygo continues to attract and hire exceptional talent in highly competitive global markets.
Role and Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruitment
● Lead full lifecycle recruitment across Serbia and wider European markets, partnering with business leaders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
● Market open positions through Easygo’s careers page, LinkedIn and relevant regional job boards across European markets.
● Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, talent communities and industry events.
● Engage both active and passive candidates across global technology, operations and corporate talent markets.
● Conduct candidate screening via phone, video and in-person interviews, presenting high-quality shortlists aligned to hiring manager requirements and compensation benchmarks.
● Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring candidates and hiring managers are well prepared at every stage.
● Maintain accurate records and candidate pipelines within Easygo’s applicant tracking system.
● Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines across key European markets to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
● Ensure hiring processes align with Easygo’s diversity and inclusion commitments and contribute to building an inclusive and welcoming workplace.
Regional Talent Leadership
● Act as the regional talent lead for Serbia and European hiring, providing expertise and insight into local labour markets and recruitment best practices.
● Advise hiring leaders on regional talent availability, salary benchmarking, hiring timelines and market dynamics.
● Local travel required within Serbia to visit Easygo and MEBIT’s offices in Kragujevac and Lopaš.
● Support Easygo’s continued expansion into regulated European markets by navigating local hiring challenges, regulatory considerations and talent competition.
● Develop talent strategies that enable sustainable growth across Easygo’s European operations.
● Partner with the global Talent Acquisition team to share insights on emerging European talent markets and hiring opportunities.
● As Easygo continues to scale internationally, this role may evolve to include leadership responsibilities within the regional recruiting team.
Talent Advisory
● Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs, role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
● Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, interview design and candidate evaluation frameworks.
● Work collaboratively with hiring teams to establish structured interview processes that support fair and consistent hiring decisions.
● Influence stakeholders by providing market insights, candidate feedback and realistic expectations around hiring timelines and talent availability.
● Support the coaching and development of hiring managers and recruiting colleagues where required.
Employer Branding
● Collaborate with marketing, People & Culture and business leaders to strengthen Easygo’s employer brand across European markets.
● Support regional employer branding initiatives including talent events, community engagement and social media activity.
● Contribute to building Easygo’s reputation as a global employer of choice within technology, gaming and digital entertainment sectors.
● Develop and maintain relationships with universities, talent communities, agencies and industry partners who can support regional talent acquisition.
Candidate Experience
● Champion a best-in-class candidate experience across all hiring processes.
● Ensure all candidates receive timely communication, feedback and updates throughout the recruitment journey.
● Utilise communication templates and hiring best practices to ensure consistency and professionalism across candidate interactions.
● Manage candidate expectations and build strong relationships with talent throughout the hiring process.
Essential experience:
● Significant experience as a recruiter or talent partner within technology or high-growth global organisations, either in-house or through a combination of agency and internal recruitment roles.
● Proven experience delivering end-to-end hiring across multiple disciplines such as technology, operations, product, marketing or corporate functions.
● Experience hiring within European talent markets, ideally including Serbia or Eastern European hubs.
● Strong understanding of the dynamics of hiring within regulated industries or complex international environments.
● Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving organisation.
● Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with senior hiring leaders and influence recruitment strategy.
● Strong sourcing capability with the ability to identify and engage passive talent within competitive global markets.
Desirable qualifications:
● A bachelor’s degree in any field is desirable but not required.
● Experience supporting hiring in regulated industries such as gaming, fintech or financial services would be advantageous.
● Additional certifications in areas such as talent acquisition, HR, project management or agile delivery may be beneficial.
● Active participation in recruitment communities, meetups or industry events would be viewed favourably.

Details of relationships relevant to this role:
● The Lead Talent Partner will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and the global Talent Acquisition team to support Easygo’s hiring strategy and international expansion.
● They will build strong working relationships with hiring managers, business leaders and regional stakeholders across Easygo’s global teams.
● The role will also collaborate closely with the wider People & Culture function to ensure alignment across hiring, onboarding and talent initiatives.
