On behalf of our client TEC Bobov Dol, a coal-fired power plant which generates electricity in Bulgaria, situated in the lands of the village Golemo Selo near the town of Bobov Dol, Kyustendil Province. The plant is located near the Bobov Dol coal mines and has an installed capacity of 630 MW. We are looking for an ambitious and proactive candidate who is ready to gain new experience in the following position: Head of “Turbine” Workshop.
Location: Bobov Dol, Bulgaria.
Relocation is required, and the employment contract is permanent.
• Performs managerial functions related to organisation of the workshop’s production activity.
• Leads organisation of labour and production in the workshop.
• Organises development of assignments, schedules and calculation justifications for production activity.
• Leads production processes in accordance with technical documentation.
• Organises, allocates, monitors and controls production of orders and performance of mechanical repairs on main equipment.
• Controls compliance with technological processes and production quality.
• Exercises control over the use and maintenance of machines and installations and compliance with passport, technical and operating requirements.
• Participates in acceptance; checks correctness of installation, adjustment and commissioning of new and repaired equipment.
• Educational and qualification level 7 – Master’s degree.
• More than 5 years’ work experience in a production unit of a power plant.
• Knowledge of main machines and installations in the workshop.
• Knowledge of labour organisation and main production capacities.
• Knowledge of production technology in the workshop.
• Knowledge of raw materials, materials, tools, spare parts and other inputs needed for production activity.
• Knowledge of procedures for production reporting documentation.
• Knowledge of the company’s production cycle and equipment.
• Ability to read complex installation drawings, diagrams and specifications and prepare sketches from real parts/assemblies/mechanisms and installation fixtures for ordering and manufacturing.
