Our client, a globally recognized company in the luxury jewelry industry, is seeking an experienced Head of Global Supply Chain Strategy & Development to drive the strategic direction and transformation of its global supply chain function.
This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing long-term supply chain strategies, leading high-impact transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and operational excellence across the organization.
Define and execute the global supply chain strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
Drive the continuous development and transformation of supply chain processes, technologies, and operating models.
Identify, prioritize, and lead strategic projects that enhance efficiency, agility, and overall supply chain performance.
Manage a portfolio of transformation initiatives and capital investment projects across the organization.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic supply chain topics and transformation opportunities.
Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Technology.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external consultants, technology partners, and industry experts.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree is considered an advantage.
Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) are preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy development, program management, operational excellence, or supply chain transformation.
Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex international projects and business transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and cross-functional operations.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English.
