On behalf of our client Lindström, an international company, which deals with a complete servicing service, rental of work uniforms for employees, as well rental of mats and paths for companies, primarily in the food, pharmaceutical and health industries, we are looking for an ambitious and proactive candidate who is ready to gain new experience in the following position in Belgrade and Novi Sad: Sales Representative.

Responsibilities
  • Handling the entire sales process with personal sales goals;

  • Constant search for new customers in agreed territory;

  • Scheduling and organization of meetings with potential clients;

  • Gathering information about the needs and requirements of potential customers in order to prepare service;

  • Presentation of Lindström solutions; contract preparation, uniform trials, delivery…

  • Monitoring actions and activities of competitors;

  • Cooperation with colleagues in order to exchange knowledge and best practices.

Requirements
  • University degree

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or other similar positions

  • Higher level of English knowledge

  • Driver license: B category

  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Highly developed communication and negotiating skills; also organizational and time management skill
