Due to the significant business growth of Gi Group HR Solutions, we have an outstanding opportunity in our administration and payroll team and we are looking for responsible, precise and reliable person with outstanding analytical ability for the position of: Payroll Specialist.
Regular and timely collection and updating of necessary data related to salary calculation
Calculation of employees' wages, other income from the employment relationship as well as income outside the employment relationship
Calculation of sick leave over 30 days, preparation of documentation for reimbursement, monitoring of reimbursed funds, communication with RFZO
Submission of tax returns and communication with the tax administration
Preparation of salary payment orders
Preparation of employment and income certificates
Preparation of earnings reports for the needs of the RSO
Creation of earnings reports and other necessary documents at the request of clients
Monitoring and implementation of legal regulations
Ensuring data confidentiality
Other tasks from the scope of work on the order of the immediate manager
1 - 3 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs
Knowledge of finance and accounting
Knowledge of the Law on Personal Income Tax and the Labor Law
Responsible, precise and reliable person with strong analytical thinking ability
Communicative and team-oriented person with a developed orientation towards providing services
Ability to work under stressful circumstances and tight deadlines
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Good command of the English language
